The Capital Access Application Tool (CAAT)

The CAAT represents the culmination of rigorous research endeavors conducted in partnership with state governments to discern and address critical challenges impeding the flow of capital to small businesses. By meticulously analyzing the dynamics of various funding channels, CAAT serves as a strategic facilitator, streamlining processes and enhancing accessibility to essential financial resources.

Through its sophisticated monitoring capabilities, CAAT empowers decision-makers to gain nuanced perspectives on the interactions and transactions occurring among diverse entities, including lenders, venture capitalists, and small enterprises.

Moreover, CAAT's reporting functionalities offer invaluable insights, enabling stakeholders to derive actionable intelligence from the wealth of data captured within the platform. By synthesizing complex information into concise and informative reports, CAAT equips economic development agencies with the tools necessary to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives aimed at fostering economic growth and sustainability.
